As a team, Pennant Creatives is working daily to practice anti-racism by applying it to how we conduct our business. This month, we stood with other local business owners to sign an Open Letter on Racism written and published by In Good Company Lancaster. There is still an opportunity for businesses to sign this letter.
The resources provided by In Good Company are also a great starting place to work towards dismantling racism and racist practices. At Pennant, we will continue to move forward in our stand against racism in our community, our country, and our world.
