One of Jo’s notable ventures is her line of products, Pancakes For Breakfast, inspired by her time in Panama and aimed at fostering creativity in everyday life. During the conversation, Jo shared insights into her current exhibition, “Pathways & Formations,” at Curio. in Lancaster, where she delves into the interconnectedness of her artistic journey through various mediums, from paintings to mixed media pieces and watercolors.
