As the Founder of PA Health Advocates, an independent health insurance agency in Lancaster, PA, Josh needed to solidify his role as a trusted expert while preparing for the launch of a new platform—SnapHealth. SnapHealth is an innovative tool designed to simplify health insurance choices for consumers, with a focus on tailored solutions in the Group, Individual, and Medicare markets.

PA Health Advocates faced two primary challenges: First, they needed to establish Josh Brooker as the face of PA Health Advocates and SnapHealth by emphasizing his expertise in the insurance field. Second, they required a cohesive online strategy that introduces SnapHealth while educating consumers on its benefits and driving awareness.
